COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Automation Direct Gs2-42P0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bailey products, including obsoleted and phased-out Avlis-co parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Balluff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bailey such as the 39291U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F7018060 manufactured by Avlis-co and we are pleased to be able to service most Avlis-co systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BIS00AM by Manufacturer Balluff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Br Brand 6PPT30070220W in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Autonics such as BW2048 equipment made by Autonics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Autonics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Autonics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MTE4545CTBCE made by Baldor as well as the popular 4D104200K02 original spares produced by Br Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4PP420057165 by Br and BW2048 spares by Autonics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B94525833 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
